If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
Berkeley Artificial Grass Installation is a licensed artificial turf installer serving residential and commercial customers in Berkeley, CA and surrounding East Bay communities. Our services include artificial turf installation, pet-friendly turf, residential and commercial turf installation, putting green turf, playground turf, turf maintenance, landscaping turf, sports turf supply, rooftop garden turf, drought-tolerant turf, and synthetic lawn turf. The scope of any specific project is defined in a written proposal or work agreement provided to the customer before work begins.
All estimates provided by Berkeley Artificial Grass Installation are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit or inquiry. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal and may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, materials, or scope change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work that was not included in the original scope.
Scheduling is confirmed once a written proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed installation date. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling, and we will communicate any changes promptly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit conditions, will be stated in your project agreement.
Payment terms are established in the written project agreement provided before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date and order materials. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment by the methods listed in your project agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as stated in the agreement.
To allow us to complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to:
