The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment by the methods listed in your project agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as stated in the agreement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Clear the work area of furniture, planters, and personal items before the crew arrives
• Notify us of any known utility lines, irrigation systems, or site hazards
• Keep children and pets out of the work area during installation
• Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before work begins

7. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our installations. Any specific warranty terms - such as coverage for workmanship or materials - will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, modifications made by others after installation, or events outside our control such as extreme weather, flooding, or acts of nature.
